Pricing FAQ
What counts as an action?+
One agent call routed through the ifivo gateway equals one action. Reads from the dashboard, MCP tool calls made by humans, and webhook deliveries do not count.
What happens when I hit my monthly cap?+
On Starter, further actions are blocked at the gateway until the next billing cycle (or you upgrade). On Team, you continue at the overage rate and get alerts at 80% and 100%.
Do you offer an annual discount?+
Yes — 20% off when you pay annually on the Team plan. Enterprise is contracted annually by default.
Can I self-host the gateway?+
On-prem or VPC-peered gateways are available on Enterprise. You get the same container and policy engine we run in production.
How does billing work during a pilot?+
Starter is free, indefinitely, as long as you stay under 10k actions and 5 agents. No credit card required.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated on the same invoice. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
